Kaaval
A packers-and-movers site built around the inventory list — every carton numbered, condition logged, signed at both ends and re-checked on delivery, so nothing goes missing without a record.

Design decisions
Each of these came out of researching how this trade actually sells, not from a style preference.
- 01
Leads on chain of custody rather than price, which is the fear a mover actually has to answer: the box that vanishes and the dent nobody owns. Every other decision in the theme follows from the inventory.
- 02
Treats the inventory list as the product. Numbered cartons, condition logged and photographed at pickup, a signed copy in the customer's hands, and a read-back reconciliation at delivery — the operational discipline the trade claims and rarely demonstrates.
- 03
States that condition recording protects the customer AND the mover, and says so explicitly. Framing a safeguard as mutual is more convincing than framing it as generosity.
- 04
Handles fragile items by naming them individually on the inventory rather than bundling them into a count, and says plainly that discipline reduces risk without making breakage impossible. Refusing the false guarantee is the trust move.
- 05
The shared estimator is reframed around load size and specialist handling rather than home size, so even the common feature reads as this theme's own rather than a copy of SumaKO's.
- 06
Vehicle transport logs odometer and fuel level at both ends — the specific reassurance that trade is short on, and a detail only an operator who has handled the dispute would include.
- 07
Near-black manifest palette with a single high-visibility safety amber, uppercase Archivo, radius zero, 0.9 density. Reads as a shipping document, the deliberate opposite of SumaKO's soft navy brochure.

How it’s built
The specifics matter because they determine what the site costs to run, how fast it is, and whether you can move it later.
- Stack
- Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4
- Rendering
- Fully static export — every route is prerendered HTML, independently crawlable
- JavaScript
- No animation or UI library. Design tokens applied as scoped CSS custom properties
- Accessibility
- Semantic landmarks, labelled controls, visible focus, prefers-reduced-motion honoured
- Hosting
- Deploys to any static host including cPanel shared hosting — no Node runtime required
Suited to
- Movers who compete on reliability rather than lowest price
- Commercial and IT relocation specialists
- Operators handling fragile, high-value or vehicle transport
- Any mover whose customers have been burned by a missing or damaged item with no recourse
What it doesn’t include
Stated up front rather than discovered later.
- All rates, multipliers and add-on prices in the estimator are sample data and must be replaced with the mover's own costed figures.
- This is a static site. There is no admin login or persisted leads dashboard; leads arrive over WhatsApp and the PHP lead endpoint. An account-based admin is the separate SaaS layer.
- The estimator uses selectable distance bands, not a live map lookup, because a static site cannot measure real road distance honestly.
- The inventory process described is operational and must be actually followed to be true. The theme states the discipline; the business has to run it.
- Fleet and packing photography is the biggest visual upgrade available and is not included.
- Built on RootPro's theme engine: 5 routes, with this theme's own palette, typefaces, card anatomy and layout variants.
